What are Brownies?

Brownies take part in indoor and outdoor activities that challenge them to do their best.

Their meetings are action-packed and full of challenges, games and activities, usually ones that the Brownies have suggested themselves.

Brownies belong to a pack and work in small groups called Sixes. This gives each girl a group of ready made friends to take care of her. Age range between seven and ten. Any girl over seven can become a brownie as long she is able to understand and wants to make the Brownie guide promise.

The Brownie Guide Law is:

A Brownie Guide thinks of others before herself
and does a good turn every day

How do I join Brownies? If you want to take part in the fun of Brownies, either as a Brownie, or as an Adult Leader or helper, you can get details from Hazel Attwell on 0121 445 5783
